The PIP Challenge #2005


The PIP Challenge #2005 is sponsored by 

For my card I used Balloon Kitty digital stamp provided by the sponsor.  I colored the image using Prismacolor Pencils and gamsol.  The dies used are from Cheapo Dies, the background paper is from Stampin Up.  Embellished with small gems.
