This month's Sparkles challenge is to create a stamped background for you card/project.
For my card I used images from the Altenew Halftone Circles and the A Splash of Color stamp sets. Images stamped using Distress Inks and Hero Arts Neon Inks and sentiment stamped using Memento Black ink.
