We are creating non-birthday/special occasion cards this week at The Paper A La Mode Challenge.

For my card I used the Hello digi stamp from the sponsor. The background was created using liquid dish detergent, a little water, and some re-inker mixed in a small container. Use a straw to bubble it up and then gently place the cardstock over the bubbles to pick up the color and bubble impressions!
