The PIP Challenge #1833


This week's PIP Challenge #1833 is sponsored by Polkadoodles.  For my card, I used the Polar Family - Octavia Frosted Winter digi stamp.

I printed the image onto watercolor paper and watercolored using Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens and an aqua brush.
