The Sparkles Monthly Challenge theme is seashells.
For my card, I first created the background using vellum and alcohol inks. Let it dry and die cut using a scallop rectangle die. The sentiment was stamped on a piece of scrap vellum and wrapped it around the layering panel. The shells are die cut from Gina Marie shell dies and colored using Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens.
