Today's projects include watercoloring.

The watercolor background was created using distress inks
wet paper watercolor using Dye inks directly on stamp sprtized with water before stamping onto the wet watercolor paper
flower stamped onto watercolor paper then colored using watercolor pens and fussy cut then layered and shaped before adding to card

More gorgeous cards Vickie...I am in love with watercoloring too! I just love "courage is my strength"...not only for the sentiment itself, but the luscious watercolor effects on the background AND the butterflies...so pretty.

ReplyDeleteEvery card today is just stunning in it's own way! Beautiful job. I love the bee card & the honeycomb die you used. Love the wet w/c way you did the butterflies. And love the dainty dies you used on the last 2 cards, showcasing the beautiful Unity flowers.
ReplyDeleteSome very elegant cards today! Each brings something different to love about it, but I think I love the butterfly, "Courage is My Strength" card the best. I am intrigued by stamping on to wet watercolor paper! What a wonderful and unique technique!
