The Sisterhood of Crafters Challenge theme is to use the color blue.
For my card I used the following:
Technique: Acrylic Block watercolor smoosh/spritz bottle
(dab the block with distress inks and then spritz before "stamping" it onto watercolor paper

sentiment from SU Snow Place stamp set
Hero Arts Navy Ink
White Acrylic Paint for splatter
