The Sisterhood of Crafters Challenge theme is "something you see/find in the sky" hosted by DT member Darlene.
For my card I sponged a background using distress inks on white cardstock then die cut using the Hot Air Balloons reverse die from Serendipity Stamps. I layered the die cut over a blue background, and inlaid the white clouds, then stamped the sentiment from Serendipity Stamps "Let Your Dreams Soar."
