The PIP Challenge #1817

This week's PIP Challenge falls on the fifth Monday so we have a theme - Rainy Days!  The sponsor is Bugaboo Stamps.

For my card I used the Rainy Day Bears digi image.  I colored the image using Copic Markers.  I created the flower by punching out several scallop circles, shaping them, and layering together to form the flower.  Leaves are from May Arts.  Dies used are from MFP Blueprints and Cheapo Dies Scallop Stitch Rectangle die.
