The PIP Challenge #1809

The PIP Challenge #1809 is sponsored by Ching-Chou Kuik Digis.

For my card I used the Girl in Spring image provided by the sponsor.

I used a pre-made center step card as the cardbase.  The designer paper is from Our Daily Bread Designs.  I colored the image using Copic Markers and Kaiser Craft Gel Glitter pens.  The sentiment is from Penny Black Happy Snippets stamp set.
