MFP Stamps Challenge - Tie Die Technique

The MFP Stamps Challenge this week is a technique tutorial called Tie Die technique.  There is a link for the technique on the challenge blog.

For my card, I used the MFP Stamp Shop Dragonflies stamp set.  The background was created using the technique tutorial.
