Eclectic Ellapu Pink Team September Challenge - Anything Goes

 
This month's Eclectic Ellapu Pink Team Challenge is Anything Goes!
 
For my card, I used Graphic 45 The Magic of Oz paper pack.  The border was die cut from an Impression Obsession die.  I made the flower using black sheer ribbon and put an adhesive pearl in the center.
