2TC47 - Twisted Tuesday Challenge

The image I used on my card is from Whipper Snapper called Makin' Friends, colored with Copics.  The blue background was done using a sponge dauber and bashful blue ink.  Patterned paper, cardstock, ribbon and flower are from my stash.
