Here are the two brayered card projects I "taught" on Saturday for Joan's workshop (www.atjoansgardens.com) Both cards use Tim Holtz's Urban Chic stamp set. First card was brayered using momento inks; second card was brayered using distress inks. Other product used for card 1 was the Tim Holtz tissue tape that I created into a flower; card 2 was sprayered with Ranger Perfect Pearls spray.

Distressed Paper
Great technique using distress inks, plain copy paper, water, some perfect pearls spray mist to create the shimmery background paper. This was created for this week's challenge found at www.atjoansgardens.com
I started with a 5x7 canvas board. The paper technique can be found as part of Joan's weekly challenge. Other elements I used are Spellbinders Fanciful Flight small butterfly, Spellbinders Bella Rose die which is part of the Heartfelt Creations Bella Rose collection. My flower was created from old dictionary papers, punched using a scallop punch, layered, a brad put into the center then the layers scrunched up around the brad to shape the flower. The flower was then highlighted with Victorian Velvet Distress Ink and sprayed with Perfect Pearls mist; the background paper was created using Victorian Velvet Distress ink, Spun Sugar Distress ink, and Stormy Sky Distress ink.
