Ruby's Rainbow Challenge - #111 Die Cuts or Punches

 
The die cuts or punches Ruby's Rainbow Challenge was chosen by HelenP.
 
For my card I used a Memory Box Reverse Butterfly die, a SimonSaysStamp Circle Smile die, and a Martha Stewart lace border die.  I embellished my card using sequins.  The multi colored background paper under the butterfly die cut is from a retired digital paper pack.

    Oh Vickie, I love this card. The colors against the black are stunning and the scalloped border is just gorgeous.
